The Key Facts Sheet (KFS) is designed to help you understand details relating to a standardised home loan (Principal and Interest Home Loans regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act). It is a summary of the details on a standardised home loan including any associated costs of the loan and the comparison rate.

The Key Facts Sheet provided is based upon the information entered into the generator by you. Interest rates, fees, and charges are based on information at the time of generating the Key Facts Sheet. The calculations are based on ascertainable fees at the time of generation.

The amount of the repayments shown in the Key Facts Sheet will change if there are changes to the following during the life of the loan:

1. Interest Rates
2. Fees and Charges
3. Loan Type changes (EG Owner Occupied to Investment, Variable to Fixed etc)
4. Changes to other Loan parameters (EG Principal loan amount changes, Loan term changes etc)
